We couldn’t be happier with Ultra Custom Pools. They transformed our 1970s backyard into a modern family hangout. We didn’t have a big budget and were limited in what we thought we could do, but Ultra stayed within our budget and delivered far more than we imagined. We definitely recommend them as a contractor. Even if you don’t end up using them, you won’t regret meeting them. Good, down‑to‑earth people who do great work!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Ultra Custom Pools! From design to completion was 11 weeks! This was our pool, outdoor bathroom and full outdoor kitchen. Every step of the way, Mo, the project manager, was in constant communication with us. He updated us on everything! I swear there were contractors at our house every single day, working. It was awesome! The contractors were extremely meticulous and cleaned up every single day. Scott & Mincy have created such a one of a kind company. Competitive pricing, top of the line construction and a truly impressive outdoor oasis production. We are beyond happy with the finished product. I discovered Ultra Custom Pools on YouTube back in 2019. After watching the video I knew that I wanted Scott and Mincy to build our pool. I wasn’t ready to build in 2019; however I reached out to them and told them when I was ready I was rocking with them. Fast forward to early 2022 and we were ready to build. Our initial consultation for creating a design was effortless and incredible. We told them what we wanted and had a rendering of the pool design back within three days. We approved the design and within the next week we met with Scott and Mincy to pick out selections. Mincy has an eye for details and her ideas helped us select materials that go along with our home.The pool consultation was truly a vibe, from the great energy, the champagne toast, and laughter made it a great day.
The pool build started Friday February 11th and by the next week gunite was completed. The efficiency and details of the Ultra Custom pool team was nothing short of amazing. By mid March our pool was completed our project took about six weeks to complete and everything was done with 100% satisfaction. My wife and I recommend Ultra Custom Pools to any and everyone. You will not be disappointed the experience is incredible. If I ever build another pool I’m rocking with UPC.
